Initial Inquiry

Enquire via our website, email or give us a call. 

Elevate will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule a 15 to 20 minute discovery call, where we will go over any pre-shared information.

Discovery call and consultation

We'll run through some  high-level questions about your business operations, pain points, and current systems.

Identify & discuss which services you need (e.g. bookkeeping, management reporting, payroll, forecasting, etc).

Elevate will note current volumes and complexity indicators.

Evaluate scope

The Elevate Team work on quantifying the  estimated time for each service based on the discussed:

  • transaction volume

  • frequency of deliverables (monthly, quarterly, weekly)

  • number of employees/payroll cycles

  • reporting complexity

Identify any setup or catch-up work required (e.g. cleaning prior accounts, transitioning from another system).

Pricing & Proposal

Based on the estimated hours required, Elevate will convert this into a pricing range or fixed package (which ever option your prefer).​

This will Include assumptions (e.g., based on current transaction volume and timely information).​

We will send  a formal proposal for you to review prior to engagement.

Follow Up

​Elevate will contact you to discuss the quote, adjust if needed, and finalise scope before signing agreement and onboarding.​

System Access

With your assistance & permission, Elevate will gain access to current finance systems and any other integrated software.

Go Live

The Elevate Team will fly into action, creating a schedule of dates dedicated to your business ​and share with you so you know what to expect and when.
